Kori E. Carson Dean is the managing member, lead consultant, and school psychologist for Learning Dreams, LLC. Ms. Carson Dean has over twenty-five years of professional experience in education (pre-school through graduate school) and management and administration of K-12 schools, non-profit organizations, and small businesses. Her experiences include tutoring, principal, special education director, curriculum development, progress monitoring, grant writing, psychological evaluations, personnel, and mental health intern field supervisor.

Ms. Carson Dean earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Spelman College; a Master of Education in Educational Psychology, with a concentration in Learning Disabilities from Miami University; an Education Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Directorship of Special Education at Saginaw Valley State University; Master of Science in Biology from the University of Michigan-Flint; Specialist Degree in School Psychology from Eastern Washington University; and a post-graduate certificate in school neuropsychology from Kindergarten Interventions and Diagnostic Services (KIDS) Inc., resulting in earning a Diplomate in School Neuropsychology from the American Board of School Neuropsychology. Ms. Carson Dean is also certified as a school psychologist in several states and is licensed as a master’s level psychologist in Michigan.
Jenni R Dones
Leadership and Organizational Development Consultant
Jenni has an extensive background working with people at all levels in the public, private and nonprofit sectors and has over 30 years of executive coaching and development, organizational consulting, curriculum design, and facilitation experience. Her focus is on working with individuals to gain greater insight into their leadership and team behavior and to identify strategies for improved impact in their current role and for future career advancement. Additionally, she works extensively with current leaders and high-potentials and cross-functional teams in support of their overall effectiveness as a team and within the organization. Jenni develops and facilitates leadership programs for academic institutions, global organizations, and nonprofits. This includes a 12-month leadership course incorporating the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis 360™ (LEA), with a focus on active learning and personalized coaching.
Currently, she is designing a leadership development course for a global manufacturing
company that is top in their industry. The 2020 pandemic has created the need to turn the 20-day, in-person program into a virtual program which was done with great success.

Mr. Russell Carson has over forty years of professional experience in government, management, and administration of non-profit organizations. He has extensive experience in the management of multi-million-dollar programs. His experience includes personnel; project and program evaluations; budgeting; accounting; federal, state, and local contract/grant negotiations; and management/administrative process re-engineering initiatives. Mr. Carson has more than thirty-five years of applied knowledge of personal computer-based technologies and their application in small businesses, non-profit organizations, and government agency environments: he is skilled in the development of Windows Microsoft Office Suite applications. He has provided consultation services to small businesses, non-profit agencies, and local government departments for more than thirty-five years.
